ICA offers a series of helpful services (in both its adoption and counseling divisions) before and after your adoption, foster care or respite placement.

Pre-Adoption and Foster Care
Pre-Adoption, Foster Care and Respite qualification services to include assessments, evaluations, testing and whatever else would be required are available to you.
- Psychological evaluations are often a foreign country adoption requirement and therefore required by your agency.
- Prepare and Enrich Assessments are helpful in strengthening your marriage and preparing you for the addition of children.
- Support and coaching offer amazing tools of help.
- In-home consults, Face Time and Skype are also available.
- Educational consults, webinars and workshops will be available to you when scheduled.
- Therapeutic services are offered when you as a family and your agency has determined that you could benefit from learning tools to strengthen your family before the addition of another child.

Adult Adoptee Services (if you were adopted through ICA)
- Documentation Services – ICA may have records on file to help you. Please call.
- Citizenship Services – Open information in files assist with obtaining citizenship.
- Search Services – If adoptee is over age 18 ICA can provide background information from files.
