Domestic Adoptions

Domestic Adoption refers to adopting within the United States. At ICA, we are licensed and accredited in California and North Carolina to aid you in this process. We are here every step of the way, provide assistance, and guide you through expectations. Listed below are some of the ways we are able to aid you in Domestic Adoptions.

Foster to Adopt
(America’s Orphans)

Foster to Adopt means your family must go through the process of becoming a Resource Family (or Foster Family) in order to be placed with a potential adoption. Foster to Adopt requires us to procure families by Special Family Finding. It takes a Special Family to be placed with these children or youth.
